TRiNGiNE - Candidate Tests


The TRiNGiNE Platform is a Web-based collection of modules providing rich applications of the team roles by means of profile tests, tools and reports. Team roles are used to generate a model of the behaviour of a person, a job or an organization in order to communicate clearly what can be expected from them.
The TRiNGiNE Candidate Test module supports managing of behavioural tests, profiles and reports. The tests can be based on the image that the person has of itself (self-perception) or on the image others have of this person (observers). In addition, this module also allows to capture the person\'s preferences with regard to a job (job preferences) or with regard to an organisation (organisation preferences).

The more self-perception results and observation results are closer to each other, a person is more self-assured. The more the person\'s complete profile comes closer to it\'s preferences, the more motivated and self-sufficient the person will be. Resulting in a larger contribution to team-mates, job and organisation.

The self-perception tests, observer tests and complete tests can be run in Interplace and manually transferred onto the TRiNGiNE platform or directly run on the TRiNGiNE platform.

Functions and Usage

The Personal Test Module supports a number of use cases:
  • Private use - the private user is capable to perform a personal test him/herself and can, if desired, send invitations to observers with the request to give their impression.
  • Consultant - the consultant user can invite people to do a test. For which he/she can decide to give the test person the freedom to invite observers or that it is done for the test person by the consultant. The consultant can also decide to give the client direct access to the reports or manage the reports him/herself.
  • Companies - The organisation user can invite employees or job-candidates to do the test and has the same functions available as the consultant.
  • B2B - consultant- and organisation users can offer the personal test also as service to other companies or private people.

Besides that, the test can also be offered in various languages:

  • English
  • Russian
  • Dutch
  • German

Performing TRiNGiNE personal tests leads to the administration of:

  • personal data (name, email address), whether or not linked to social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter.
  • test input data
  • teamrole profile
  • Teamrole report

The data considered personalstays at all times under the administration of the user, only he/she can decide to delete or keep data. To a certain extent data can be exported for usage outside of TRiNGiNE by the user.


The test provides a standard report. The user in return has a number of options:

  •  Reports can be generated and regenerated in a number of different languages. The chosen report language is independent of the language chosen for the test.
  • The user has also the option to alter the assembly of chapters in the report according to his own or his clients liking.
  • Reports can be e-mailed directly from TRiNGiNE to the client.

Possibilities for consultancy

The Personal Test Module can diligently be used by consultants to support their services. Usage of the Teamrole model by clients results often in the need for support:
  • What are the teamroles?
  • What does a Teamrole profile mean for the individual person?
  • What can be done with it in the future?
