TRiNGiNE - Candidate-, Job- and Organisation- matching

The TRiNGiNE Platform is a Web-based collection of modules providing rich applications of the team roles by means of profile tests, tools and reports. Team roles are used to generate a model of the behaviour of a person, a job or an organization in order to communicate clearly what can be expected from them.
The TRiNGiNE Matching module supports creating, modelling and managing custom made comparisons (matches) of candidates and their preferences with regard to certain jobs or organizations (or vice versa). This is done based on team role profiles from earlier runs of candidate-, job- and/or organisation tests. Various filter functions and parameter settings allow a detailed reconciliation of the match. The quality of a match is expressed in a matching percentage. The results are gathered in a matching list from which individual matching results can be reviewed to pick the right selection for the Matching report.

The higher the matching percentage, the better the fit concerning an expected behaviour resp. an expected contribution.

Matching lists and the consideration of application projects do support a behaviour based selection process and recruiting.

Functions and Usage

The Job- and Candidate Matching Module supports a number of use cases:
  • Consultant - with job-matching the consultant can quickly identify those candidate from his total inventory who approach the required jobprofile based on the matching percentage the closest. He also can highlight a number of those in a separate matching list and compare all of the selected in a clear overview report with the required job profile.
  • Consultant - with candidate-matching the consultant can quickly from his via job test built up inventory identify those jobs which come based on the matching percentage close to the required candidate profile. He also can highlight a number of those in a separate matching list and compare all of the selected in a clear overview report with the required candidate profile.
  • Companies - With the matching module the organisation user can in case of personnel lay-off, mergers or reorganisations quickly identify which employees fit into the available positions. The organisation user can use the matching module also to assist career-development of the employees.
  • B2B - consultants, recruitment agencies, headhunters etc. can offer the matching capability also as service for other companies.

Besides that, the test can also be offered in various languages:

  • English
  • Russian
  • Dutch
  • German

Performing TRiNGiNE Job - and Candidate matching leads to the administration of:

  • matching lists based on matching-percentages
  • matching variations based on job priorities
  • teamrole comparison of job and candidate
  • matching report

The data considered personal stays at all times under the administration of the user, only he/she can decide to delete or keep data. To a certain extent data can be exported for usage outside of TRiNGiNE by the user.

Job and Candidate matching provides a standard report. The user in return has a number of options:

  •  Reports can be generated and regenerated in a number of different languages. The chosen report language is independent of the language chosen for the test.
  • The user has also the option to alter the assembly of chapters in the report according to his own or his clients liking.
  • Reports can be e-mailed directly from TRiNGiNE to the client.

Possibilities for consultancy

The Job- and Candidate Matching Module can diligently be used by consultants to support their services. Usage of the Teamrole model by clients results often in the need for support:
  • What are the teamroles?
  • What to do if not enough candidates/jobs come out of a matching?
  • Which influence have filter functions on the matching result?
Of course there is also a demand for training and support with TRiNGiNE users. So, a consultant can become accredited by TRiNGiNE in the usage of the Teamrole model. Send an email to for information about it.
