TRiNGiNE - Candidate-, Job- and Organisation- matching
The TRiNGiNE Platform is a Web-based collection of modules providing rich applications of the team roles by means of profile tests, tools and reports. Team roles are used to generate a model of the behaviour of a person, a job or an organization in order to communicate clearly what can be expected from them.
The TRiNGiNE Matching module supports creating, modelling and managing custom made comparisons (matches) of candidates and their preferences with regard to certain jobs or organizations (or vice versa). This is done based on team role profiles from earlier runs of candidate-, job- and/or organisation tests. Various filter functions and parameter settings allow a detailed reconciliation of the match. The quality of a match is expressed in a matching percentage. The results are gathered in a matching list from which individual matching results can be reviewed to pick the right selection for the Matching report.
The higher the matching percentage, the better the fit concerning an expected behaviour resp. an expected contribution.
