TRiNGiNE - Organisation Tests
The TRiNGiNE Platform is a Web-based collection of modules providing rich applications of the team roles by means of profile tests, tools and reports. Team roles are used to generate a model of the behaviour of a person, a job or an organization in order to communicate clearly what can be expected from them.
The TRiNGiNE Organisation test module supports the creation, modelling and managing organisation descriptions, profiles and reports. The tests based on the input of people from within and outside the organisation allow organisations to present theselves in a realistic view as employer and player in the market; or, as they want to be seen in order to attract the right people for future ventures. So the result of an organisation test produces two team role profiles, one reflecting its employer image and one the market image. Both can be easily matched with the organisation preference profiles of candidates resp. employees.
By continuously employing people who show little differences between organisation profile and their organisation preference profile, the organisations chance to reach their aspired goals increases.
The organisation profile is stronger the more participants cooperate in the organisation test.
